Flexipads 150mm (6") DA Microfiber Black Cutting Disc

Flexipads 150mm (6") DA Microfiber Black Cutting Disc is made for detailers who need a DA microfiber disc that cuts harder than traditional foam while still staying controlled on exterior paint. It is built for correction steps where efficiency matters.

Microfiber cutting discs are especially useful when you need stronger defect removal, faster correction, or more bite from a dual action machine. This disc helps bridge the gap between foam polishing pads and more aggressive correction methods.

Use it with the right compound, keep it clean during the job, and follow with a refining pad when the finish needs additional clarity.

Key Benefits:

• DA microfiber construction increases cutting ability over standard foam
• Useful for removing oxidation, swirls, sanding marks, and heavier defects
• Firm backing helps keep the disc stable during correction work
• Great for exterior paint correction before refining with foam
• Available in multiple sizes for spot work and larger panels

How to Use:

• Attach the disc to the correct hook-and-loop backing plate
• Prime the microfiber face before the first section
• Use controlled machine speed, pressure, and arm movement
• Blow out or brush the fibers often to maintain cut
• Refine afterward with a polish and foam pad if needed
