FAQ

What size compressor does the ULTRA Air Blaster Mini need?

The Rag Company recommends at least a 20-US-gallon compressor delivering 4.0 CFM at 90 PSI. Check the compressor's delivered-air rating at that pressure as well as its tank size. The Mini needs a separate compressed-air supply.

What comes with the Mini, and does it spray cleaning chemicals?

The Mini includes the air tool, removable cone and three air fittings: Standard, Japanese and Euro. It loosens debris with compressed air and has no chemical reservoir. Vacuum the loosened material, then use your chosen cleaner and detailing media where needed.

Is the ULTRA Air Swivel Kit a pair of complete air tools?

It contains two articulated fittings and rubber O-rings, not two cleaning guns. The fittings improve movement between the hose and tool. Check the connections on your equipment before ordering the Swivel Kit; do not assume every thread size or standard is interchangeable.

Will this bearing kit fit the Air Blaster Mini as well as the V2?

Yes. The Rag Company explicitly lists ULTRA Air Blaster V2 and Mini compatibility for this two-pack of replacement assemblies. Other models need separate verification. Check your model before choosing the bearing kit.

Why do ULTRA Air Blaster bearings wear, and how should I maintain them?

Moisture carried from the compressor can contribute to bearing wear. The Rag Company recommends an inline moisture filter, checking bearings every few dozen details, wiping them clean and lubricating as needed. Disconnect and depressurize the tool before servicing; follow the manufacturer's instructions for the assembly.
