How shipping works

Some products ship directly from That Detail Shop, while others ship from our partner brands or on-demand fulfillment partners. Your shipping cost depends on the items in your cart and where they ship from.

Free standard shipping at $85 applies to eligible items shipped by That Detail Shop. Partner shipping charges may still apply, even when your cart reaches $85.

How the $85 free-shipping threshold works

The threshold uses your whole cart's merchandise total after discounts and before taxes. Products shipped by our partners count toward that cart total, but the free-shipping offer applies only to the eligible items that That Detail Shop ships.

For example, a cart with $84 in partner-shipped products and $1 in an eligible item shipped by That Detail Shop reaches the $85 threshold, as long as the merchandise total is still $85 after discounts. The That Detail Shop shipment can qualify for free standard shipping; the partner shipment may still have a shipping charge.

Below $85, shipping charges for items shipped by That Detail Shop are calculated at checkout. Shipping availability and the final options for your address are shown at checkout.

Products shipped by our partners

Partner brands use their own shipping rates and any applicable free-shipping rules. Reaching $85 in your cart does not automatically make those shipments free. A partner's free-shipping offer, when available, may have a different threshold or apply only to products shipped by that partner.

If your cart contains only partner-shipped products, the That Detail Shop $85 offer does not remove those partners' shipping charges. Checkout will show the applicable rates.

What about TDS-branded apparel and gear?

Shipping eligibility is based on who ships the item. Some TDS-branded products, including TDS On Demand apparel, are fulfilled by an on-demand partner and have separate shipping charges. The TDS name on a product does not by itself make it eligible for the That Detail Shop free-shipping offer.

Why your order may arrive in separate packages

Items shipping from different locations may arrive in separate packages, with separate tracking information and delivery dates. Your checkout shipping total may include charges for more than one shipment.

How to check shipping before you order

Add your items to the cart, then enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping options and final total before paying. A free-shipping message in the cart refers to eligible That Detail Shop shipments; partner charges may still apply.
