Processing Times

Orders placed through ThatDetailShop.com typically ship within 1-2 business days. Orders received after 4:00 PM Eastern Time, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We offer standard shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered in 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (additional charges apply)

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping on all orders over $75.
  • Carrier calculated rates based on location are applied to all orders under $65.
  • Expedited shipping available at checkout (calculated based on location).

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS (on occasion)

Carrier selection is done manually, with UPS being default. Most orders will be packed an fulfilled same day and then delivered to the local UPS store here in Georgia. Most UPS and other shipping stores close around 630pm EST, keep that in mind when placing an order. 

Shipment Tracking

After your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and SMS (if opted-in). You can also track your package directly on our website through your customer account dashboard.

Pickup times are by appointment only. Please contact us to arrange your pickup. *You may want to try and reach out prior to ordering to make special arrangements. 

Order Issues

If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately:

Include your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll resolve the issue swiftly.

Tracking Information

Upon shipment, tracking details will be emailed and texted (SMS) if opted in. You can track your order directly through your confirmation email or by logging into your account.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within the continental United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
