Most electric foamers are still built around the same basic idea: pressurize a bottle, turn the system on, and hope the adjustment knob actually makes a meaningful difference.

TDS Current™ was built to change that.

Current is a pressureless, powered chemical delivery system designed to operate as both an electric foamer and a traditional liquid sprayer simply by changing the nozzle. No manual pumping. No waiting for a pressure vessel to build pressure. Just fill it, select your setup, dial in your chemical draw, and get to work.

The side-mounted variable control isn't there for decoration. It changes the amount of chemical being drawn through the system, giving you meaningful control over dilution and output. With the foam nozzle installed, Current produces extremely thick, even foam coverage while still giving you the ability to adjust toward a wetter, more sprayable consistency when the job calls for it.

Swap to the liquid spray nozzle and the same platform becomes a powered chemical sprayer for cleaners, rinseless products, pre-treatments, and other detailing chemicals.

This isn't another pump sprayer with a battery attached to it. This is a different way to deliver chemical.

How To Use

1. Fill the reservoir with your desired chemical mixture.
2. Install the appropriate nozzle for foam or conventional liquid spraying.
3. Secure the fill cap.
4. Activate the powered system using the side-mounted control button.
5. Use the variable adjustment knob to change chemical draw and fine-tune the output for the application.
6. Spray the working surface evenly.
7. Flush the fluid system with clean water after use when required by the chemical manufacturer.

Current is still undergoing final engineering and production development. The following upgrades are actively being evaluated and should not be considered final production specifications until announced by TDS.

• 3.0Ah Battery Upgrade: Evaluating increased battery capacity over the current 2.6Ah configuration.

Final specifications, battery capacity, nozzle configurations, runtime, materials, and included accessories may change during final engineering and production validation.
