TDS Blender™ Blended Barrel Brush

Wheel faces can look clean while brake dust and road grime are still sitting inside the barrels. The TDS Blended Barrel Brush, also known as The Blender, brings microfiber and polypropylene (PP) bristles together for that part of the job.

The blend combines the soft contact of microfiber with the rigidity of PP bristles for controlled agitation inside the wheel. Pair it with a cleaner suited to your wheel finish and work through the barrel with light, deliberate passes.

Keep The Blender in your dedicated wheel-cleaning setup alongside separate tools for the wheel face, lug areas and tire sidewalls. Each tool has a job, and keeping wheel contamination away from your paint-washing tools makes the whole process easier to manage.

How to Use:

• Work on cool wheels in the shade. Rinse away loose dirt before brushing.
• Choose a wheel cleaner compatible with your finish and follow its dilution, dwell-time and safety directions.
• Wet the brush and check clearance before inserting it between spokes. Do not force it past spokes, calipers or other obstructions.
• Test a small, inconspicuous area, then agitate the barrel with light pressure and controlled passes. Keep the surface wet.
• Rinse the brush frequently to release collected dirt. Reapply cleaner as needed rather than pressing harder on stubborn buildup.
• Rinse the wheel thoroughly before the cleaner dries, then dry with a dedicated wheel towel.
• Rinse the brush thoroughly after use, remove trapped debris and allow it to dry before storing.
